Thank you for your interest in The Creekside School. Please, take a look around our website. Call or email If you are interested in more information or would like to request a tour of our school.
If you would like to proceed with enrollment, the first contact meeting/screening is scheduled. At that time, the following information is compiled:

Encompasses 2-3 occasions (2 hr. maximum each visit) observations, which could take place in the home, at the current placement, in the community, and/or at Creekside. Observations fall during a 2-week period and will include appropriate team members based on the needs of the child. *If at any time the team determines that Creekside wouldn’t serve as an appropriate placement for the child, the intake would cease. The family participates throughout the process so they would receive immediate feedback.
After compiling/reviewing all the information and conducting the observations, the Creekside team will create a complete DIR® Profile and program recommendations. At that time, the child may be offered a place in the school (the parents will receive an official letter of acceptance). The parents will have time to review the findings and make their placement decision. Should the family decide to place the child at Creekside, the full cost of the intake process ($1,000) would be put toward the total cost of the annual tuition. If the family decides to not place the child at Creekside, for any reason, they would receive a bill for the intake ($1,000) and be free to take any information generated during the intake process.
After a child is placed at Creekside, the team will utilize the findings of the intake along with data collected from the classroom interactions over the first 30 days of the student starting at The Creekside School. An education planning meeting will be held after the 30 day period to finalize the program for that child. Ongoing, the team will meet monthly with the parents for review and collaboration.
